CRISPY NOODLE SANDWICH
Ingredients
- Brown Bread
- Boil Noodle 2 cup
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp oil
- Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add boiled noodles and toss well. Add Salt and black pepper.
- Mix well and let the noodle crispy .
- When noodle turn brown. Switch off the flame and keep aside.
- Toast the bread. Spoon mayonnaise in bread and make a thick layer of noodles and cover it with another toasted bread. Press the bread well and serve.
