Tomato Chow Soup

Health or Taste . What is more important ?
If you dont want to compromise with both, then all those foodie people are heartily welcome to my Kitchenette ...

Whenever I enter into the kitchen the very first thing I keep in my mind is to cook something tasty as well as healthy so always use 'oil' as minimum as possible.
If the breakfast is healthy, the whole day will be healthy. Most of the day I prefer to cook oil less breakfast for my husband. Well then I must mention that I dedicate this blog to my Husband , Niranjan. Because he always love food I cook for him.  Lets start with today's breakfast.
Tomato Chow Soup

4 medium size tomato[cut in small pieces];  1 small potato[peeled and cut];  1 tsp Ginger;  3-4 garlic cloves[finely chopped];  Boiled chow 1 small cup;  1/2 tsp oil; salt as per taste; oregano; black pepper

Add the reserve liquid to the puree tomato and adjust the consistency . Put it back on heat , add salt and half boil chow and let it simmer for another 10 mins.
